Louis and wife, Kim are the owner operators of Sierra Smoke BBQ Event Catering.  Louis began as a backyard bbq enthusiast and Kim always had a love for entertaining and delicious food.  Friends would often come to dinner nights and would enjoy an evening of food and friendship.  Each catering job is treated as if they are preparing a wonderful meal for their friends and family.  Louis and Kim are very passionate at what they do and you can see it in every catering job.
